PAYMENT IS MADE WHEN YOU ORDER. If possible, check with us first by email if your requested stamps are available; items are held 21 days until receipt (and clearance of check). We accept Personal Checks in U. S. Dollars drawn on a bank in the U. S., Postal Money Order (if you reside in the U.S.), International Postal Money Order. Cash is at your own risk if not sent by registered mail. WE ACCEPT PAYPAL and MONEYBOOKERS (a small fee applies, ask for details).
REBATES AND SHIPPING CHARGES: Order to $10: no rebate, add $2.00 postage (not registered). Filled retail order $10-$50: deduct 10% from the total, add $4.50 ($3.50 postage plus $1.00 registration). Filled retail order $50-$100:deduct 15% from the total, add $5.75 ($4.75 postage plus $1.00 registration). Filled retail order over $100: deduct 20% from the total, add 6,5% of original order (postage and registration). DEALER WHOLESALE ORDERS: Please inquire first about availability and sales conditions.
